Kingston Arts is inviting artists to submit expressions of interest to exhibit in our 2026 program. We present a vibrant year-round program of contemporary art across three indoor galleries, an outdoor Lightbox Gallery, and The BRIDGE projection space. Emerging and established artists from all backgrounds and disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Artists selected: late September - early October 2025.
Successful artists will be notified: late October - early November 2025.

About Kingston art's Exhibition Program
Kingston Arts presents a dynamic exhibition program across indoor and outdoor gallery spaces, showcasing emerging and established artists from across Victoria and beyond. We support a broad range of contemporary practices and encourage proposals from artists and curators of all backgrounds and disciplines.
Successful applicants for the exhibition program receive:
- $1,150 artists fee (per exhibition space, paid to the artist)
- Curatorial and installation support
Who Should Apply
We welcome proposals from artists and curators working in: sculpture, installation, moving image, painting, drawing, digital media, sound, photography, printmaking, live art and interdisciplinary practices.
Artists of all abilities, ages, cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations are encouraged to apply.
Our Gallery Spaces
Kingston Arts offers five indoor and outdoor gallery spaces for exhibiting contemporary art:
- G1 and G2 galleries: Located at Kingston Arts Centre, Moorabbin

The BRIDGE: An external projection space, visible each night at Kingston City Hall, Moorabbin.

A new OUTDOOR GALLERY: Illuminated lightboxes outside Kingston Arts Centre, showcasing artwork 24/7.
Applicants can nominate their preferred Gallery space/s, however successful applicants may be matched to an alternative space based on the scale and nature of their proposed work. Group applications may propose to use more than one space (and therefore be eligible for the combined artist fee for each space) if your exhibition requires more room.
