At Kingston City Hall, we have made sure the venue is accessible for all. There's a lift on the ground floor for wheelchairs and prams. Level 1 provides wheelchair-accessible toilets, including dedicated cubicles, and a convenient baby change area. In the Hall itself, we can accommodate wheelchairs and walking frames at the ends of aisles. If you have any special needs or requirements, you can discuss them with the Box Office staff prior to attending the venue.
SHIRLEY BURKE THEATRE
Shirley Burke Theatre is designed with accessibility in mind. A wide entrance and ramp grant easy access for wheelchairs and prams to the foyer, bar, box office, and ground floor toilets, which also have baby change facilities. Inside the theatre, you'll find a ramp for accessibility, and our seating arrangements can be adjusted to accommodate wheelchairs, walking frames, and prams. Hearing assistance is available in the theatre via a T-Switch hearing loop. When booking, let our friendly Box Office staff know your needs, and we'll be happy to assist.
