Run by Victoria Gelberg, Teacher, ADHD coach and Neurodiversity ally, Victoria has been a teacher for over 25 years and has used mindfulness in her teacher for over 20 years. She welcomes the stymieing, wiggling, ticks and quirkiness of participants in her mindfulness sessions.
