MORE INFORMATION:

Location:
Sir William Fry Reserve is located on the corner of Nepean Highway and Bay Road, Highett.

Disability Access/Drop Off:
Disability drop off only is located in the first gravel carpark from the service lane on Nepean Highway. This will be clearly signed on the day.

Entry points:
Entry gates are located on the Bay Road side, directly in line with the Southland pedestrian crossing and Nepean Highway side of the event area, follow the gravel path.

Getting there: 
Train to Southland Station, is the best option. The event site is a 200m walk from the station when crossing Bay Road at the pedestrian lights. Free Parking will be available at Southland after 6pm

What to bring:
Outdoor Cinema is held outdoors, on the grass in our reserve - and once it gets dark it can get a bit chilly. We strongly recommend rugging up and bringing a few extra layers, just in case. You are welcome to bring a picnic rug and chairs, but please note chairs with high backs (folding camping style) will be required to sit at the rear of our cinema area, so not to obstruct the view of our other movie-goers. Bean Bag Hire $10

Outdoor Cinema is a cashless event. Please make sure you bring your credit card, debit card or gift card to purchase food, drinks and bean bags on site.

Entertainment: 
While the sun goes down grab a drink from the Kingston Arts bar and enjoy the pre-movie entertainment including live music, main event starts at 7.30pm.

Food and drink:
A selection of food and drink will be available for a cashless purchase at the event alongside a candy bar supporting the Kingston Charitable Fund.  The Kingston Arts Bar will be serving your favourite alcoholic and non -alcoholic drinks.  Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 April events are running in support of Kingston Youth Service FReeZA program and will be alcohol-free.

Cancellations:
To share the fun and ensure as many people as possible can take up our free tickets, we request that you book only for sessions you will be confirmed to attend. We understand things come up for time to time, if you are unable to attend for a booked session please cancel your tickets as soon as possible. 

No show policy:
All ticket holders must check in by 7.15pm or risk having their ticket cancelled for reallocation to the waitlist.

Weather:
In the case of light drizzle or light showers the program will go ahead as scheduled.  If storms or dangerous conditions are predicated patrons will be emailed and advised as early as possible.
