Due to the Covid-19 virus, we are taking some extra steps to keep you safe.
Wear a mask
You will be required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose. Exceptions include children under 12 and people who have a medical exemption. Masks can be removed when consuming food, drink or medication.

Let's keep 1.5m apart
We need to stay apart to keep everyone safe and it can feel a little strange. However, please keep 1.5 metres away from others.
Hand hygiene is going to be key
Hand sanitation stations are available at entrances and other locations around each venue. Please use them on entry and throughout your visit as required.

Keeping it clean
Our team of dedicated cleaners will be working daily to keep our facilities clean for you and your loved ones.

One way in, one way out
In order to keep person-to-person contact to a minimum, visitors will be entering through one door and exiting through another. Signs will be placed on our doors to help you navigate.

Cough or sneeze into your elbow
If you need to cough or sneeze please cover your face with your elbow. Let's try and stop germs spreading and keep everyone safe.
Do you feel sick?
We are asking all of our community to stay home if you or a member of your household feels unwell. Even if you have mild symptoms, please play it safe, stay home and get tested.

Visiting with kids
The 'no touching' rule can be hard to comprehend for the smaller members of families. That's why we are asking parents to please hold their kids' hands when in our gallery spaces.
Payment methods
To help keep everyone safe we will only accept EFTPOS payments for tickets or artwork purchases. Sorry, no cash.

Venue seating has changed
Our theatre and event spaces have been measured and alternative seating plans devised for different events to ensure physical distancing. Please sit only in designated areas.
We are here to help
All of our staff have completed Covid training and are here to make sure everyone that comes into the venue is safe. Please follow any directions given by a staff member.
Contact tracing
Kingston Arts will be using QR codes to contact trace everyone who comes into one of our venues. Scan the QR code at the entry to the venue with your phone's camera to enter your details. Just ask a staff member if you are having trouble.
If you have any questions, please do reach out to us. We are happy to help.
