2D Dry Felting Summer Scenes_event

Bring a summer beach scene to life with the colourful craft of dry needle felting.

Needle felting is a simple and relaxing craft that uses barbed needles to turn loose wool into solid felt. It’s an easy and colourful hobby that doesn’t require extensive equipment, making it perfect for beginners.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of needle felting while creating your own flat felted summer beach scene. Personalise your design with your favourite colours and create an ocean-inspired masterpiece to display or gift.

All materials are included, and you’ll take home your felting needles and block to continue creating after class.

This workshop will cover:

  • Basics of needle felting
  • Tools, materials, and their uses
  • Techniques for flat 2D felting
  • Tips for 3D object felting
  • Project ideas and sourcing materials
