Kingston Arts is inviting 100 women to come together for a community choir project that blends the joy of music with the magic of shared experiences.
100 Women, 100 Stories is a heartwarming song cycle crafted by six award-winning female composers, inspired by the real-life stories of women from all walks of life, where 100 voices unite to create harmony and share powerful narratives.
Danielle O’Keefe and her team of conductors will teach 100 women to sing this epic and moving work. This invitation is open to all women, no formal singing experience is needed. Rehearsals occur in the days prior to the performance and culminate with a spectacular concert at Kingston City Hall for the Grand Finale of the Moorabbin Music + Arts Festival on Sunday 23 February 2025.
It’s more than just singing; it’s about connection, collaboration, and celebrating the stories that shape us.
