Sensing the Light: The Granary Lane Artists

Sensing the Light marks the Granary Lane Artists’ eighth group exhibition. Taking inspiration from Claude Monet’s maxim on light, the group are showing a range of figurative, impressionist and abstract works, made in watercolour, acrylics and oils.  

The Granary Lane Artists first met through Clive Sinclair’s class at Mentone Mordialloc Art Group and have been painting and exhibiting together for years. The collective includes artists Sue Blackburn, Valerie Conboy, Penny Cowie, Rick Graham, Colin Heymann, Vicki Jans, Steve Jarrold, Trevor Ling, Kathie Mathes, Judy Thompson and David Webster.

Opening Event

Granary Lane Artists warmly invite you to attend the opening of Sensing the Light on Thursday 5 September from 6pm to 8pm at the Kingston Arts Centre, Moorabbin.

G1 and G2 Galleries are wheelchair accessible and accessible toilets are available.
