Send Nudes: A New Musical

 

 This workshop session offers a chance for community to engage with ‘Send Nudes’, a new musical in development. Participants will see a draft, witness the writers’ process, and provide feedback on the evolving work.

‘Send Nudes’ is a musical about five queer women and non-binary individuals who fall victim to a hacker's blackmail scam, leading to the leaking of their intimate images online. They form an online support group, bonding over the violation of their privacy and its impact on their lives. The musical, inspired by real events, aims to highlight queer solidarity and address the harms of victim-shaming.

This public workshop is an interactive opportunity for community input, allowing attendees to contribute to the musical's development and discuss important social issues.
