Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms provide a warm, comfortable space perfect for corporate events from 10 to 100 people and are fully equipped with multimedia equipment.  For two meetings or breakout sessions, you can divide the conference rooms into two separate areas.

Kingston Arts provides full-service, staffed venues that require a Venue Supervisor for all meeting room bookings.

All ticketed events must use Kingston Arts ticketing service.

Kingston City Hall and Arts Centre are fully licensed with strictly no BYO and events required to use Kingston Arts beverage service. Hirers can organise their own catering. Caterers must provide Food Trader and Statement of Trade certificates. 

One room or two

The meeting rooms can be divided into two separate areas that may be used individually or opened up as one. With access to multimedia equipment, flexibility is it’s greatest asset. 

BREAK OUT SESSIONS

Space in the meeting room foyer can provide an area for break out groups and the City Hall Lounge can be hired for food and refreshments.

With help from our professional staff, rooms can be arranged to suit your specific requirements.

These meeting rooms are ideal for regular weekly meetings or conferences, but can also be used for:
