Introduction to Zine Making with the Sticky Institute

Do you have something to say? Have art to share? Why not make a zine! Zines (pronounced zeen) are small press publications hand made by artists, duplicated with the help of the photocopier and shared with the world.

Browse through examples of zines covering a range of artistic styles from comics, to personal writing, to photography. Discuss the possibilities of this cut and paste medium along with practical means of production. Participants will then be invited to create a simple 8 page zine using provided materials.
