Add a little magic and mischief into the school holidays with a bold and imaginative workshop inspired by the beloved musical Matilda!

Guided by a dynamic team of theatre professionals - including a director, musical director and visual artist - children will sing, act, and create as they dive into the mischievous, magical world of Matilda the Musical.

Young performers are invited to come dressed as their favourite Matilda-inspired character and bring the story to life through fun-filled theatre games, character work and songs from the musical. They’ll explore bravery, imagination and self-expression as they step into a world where being clever, curious and a little bit naughty is something to celebrate.

The workshop finishes with a creative art activity inspired by the quirky, rebellious spirit of Matilda, giving kids the chance to create something they can take home as a memento of their day.

Perfect for building confidence, sparking creativity and developing performance skills, this high-energy workshop is all about finding your voice, embracing your individuality, and discovering just how powerful you can be.

It’s confidence, creativity and a little bit of mischief all rolled into one unforgettable day!

Remember to dress as your favourite character, wear closed shoes, and bring a snack and your water bottle.

Suitable for ages 7-12
