The final stage of the Waterways development was named “Argyle” after developer Mirvac noticed the footprint of the land resembled a diamond chamfer.

In keeping with the development’s name, CPG Australia was commissioned to create a sculptural focal point for the area, choosing to reference the sleek design of the modern diamond ring.
