Fantasy Map Making

Bring your fantasy world to life in this hands-on, creative, world-building class.

This workshop will cover visual storytelling techniques, different ways to create land masses and coastlines, how to illustrate terrain, infrastructure and other locations and how to create stained paper at home.

Participants will take home their one-of-a-kind fantasy maps, extra map paper and a full guide to continue their world-building at home.

Suitable for ages 7-13.

By purchasing a ticket you (Parent of Legal Guardian) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Enrolment in Kingston Arts for Kids events (Program) is only secure when registration has been completed, online payment is made, and a receipt is issued to the email provided.
Kingston Arts is not responsible for the participant's safe travel to and from the Program.
Kingston Arts reserves the right to cancel or change the Program and/or Program Activities at any time.
Program leaders are not medically trained and are not permitted to administer medication.
Kingston Arts will obtain medical advice/treatment and ambulance/hospital services as it deems necessary. The participant's parent or guardian is responsible for all costs associated with any medical advice/treatment and/or ambulance/hospital services obtained in such circumstances.
Participants must comply with all directions and requirements of the Program leaders, and any participant who does not comply may be prohibited from continuing to participate, in which case a parent or guardian must collect the participant promptly as instructed.
As part of the Program, images of participants and activities will be taken as a record. Some of these images may be used in future promotional material. If you do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, please advise the organiser at the start of the event being held.
