ELLA HOOPER: Live at City Hall
Award-winning singer/songwriter Ella Hooper, best known for her work in Killing Heidi, is now taking the stage as a solo artist. In July, she'll play live at Kingston's City Hall, weaving together personal stories and lyric-driven country, folk and Americana influenced music.
Joining Ella on guitar, dobro, banjo and harmonica is multi-instrumentalist Michael Hubbard (The Blue Bottles, Eagle and the Worm) with support from Melody Pool.
"It's been a very rewarding year," Ella says. "Changing things up made it all feel fresh again. And I've realised that making music and playing it live for people is the best job in the world."
