car
Kingston City Hall & Kingston Arts Centre are on the corner of the Nepean Highway and South Road, Moorabbin. We are only 20 minutes from St Kilda along the Nepean Hwy and only 25 minutes from Frankston.
Limited Car Park Spaces (70) are available for patrons attending events. These spaces are clearly signed "City of Kingston Permit Only Parking". Parking conditions vary for each event so we recommend that you allow enough time to park and obtain a permit if required. We suggest that you check with the facilitator of your event for more details.
Please note that parking is unrestricted at the front of the building and in South Road and surrounding streets after 5pm each night, however we recommend that you check all signage to be sure.
Train
Moorabbin Station is on the Frankston line, and is only 100 metres from Kingston City Hall and Kingston Arts Centre.
Bus
The 824 and 825 routes stop directly outside Moorabbin railway station on the Nepean Hwy side. The 811 and 812 routes stop along South Rd, just before Nepean Hwy, next to the Kingston Arts Centre.
Taxi
There is a taxi rank directly outside Moorabbin railway station.

Shirley Burke Theatre is only 30 minutes from St Kilda along the Nepean Hwy and only 15 minutes from Frankston.
There is no on site parking at Shirley Burke Theatre. There is street parking on Parkers Road and Herbert Street. There is also parking along Como Parade West (along the train line). There are two nearby car parks.
One is located on the corner of Parkers Road and Como Parade East (opposite the Parkdale Library) with 30 car spaces, 3P during the day, unlimited in the evenings. The other small car park is off Heslop Street in Alameda Place(behind Parkers Café) 4P during the day, and unlimited in the evenings.
Train
Parkdale station is on the Frankston train line and the station is only 50 metres from Shirley Burke Theatre.
Bus
The 708 bus route (Carrum – Hampton via Southland) stops directly at Parkdale railway station, 50 metres from the venue.
